Personal Impression:
Very good game, worth to be played. According to Steam, i played Deus Ex:HR 40 hours long. I'm the type player that, if there are free-explorations possible, look after every corner and turn every stone i find, even just for sightseeing without any purpose. Still, there could be more than the two cities and some story-specific-areas.
And I like this free gameplay-mechanics with different possibilities how you can solve the situations you get in, it was fun to search for my own "right" way.
The story was very interesting and gives me some suggestions to think about and surprised me on more than one occasion, but was always comprehensible.
Like: Dislike:
- well worked out setting - engine not the strongest
- living environment - lack of side-quests/activities
- well-functioning gameplay-mechanics - unbalanced boss-fights
- comprehensive discussions - silly ending
- relatively free exploration
